There is only one logical way to get a plant that you have seen in a neighbor’s garden and you simply cannot live without: go begging for a cutting or division!
Be flattering and complacent, but insistent too, and you shouldn’t have any trouble wheedling it out of them. Of course, if the only way to get it is to get down on your knees and cry like a baby … well, it takes what it takes!
