The Pocket Guide to Wild Mushrooms

This book is the perfect guide to carry with you when foraging for wild mushrooms in the northern U.S. and Canada. After a brief introduction with some practical tips, the book presents over fifty species of edible mushrooms. Each variety has its own dedicated page with pictures to help you correctly identify it. The pages also include information on the mushroom’s distinguishing features, as well as tips for preparing and preserving them.
